Since I was a child, I have liked to make things and show them to others. Access to tools and materials limited my success. Now, computers and the internet have removed most of the limits. I can make colorful, sonic "things" out of light, vibrating air, and electricity, and share them with anyone who has access to a connected computer.
My practice of art has served mainly as a personal self-expression, helping me understand the reasons for my desire to create and exhibit material works.
The practical aspect is my intention to demonstrate some proficiency with the tools, for the purpose of procuring gainful and/or experientially-valuable employment.
