As with painting, my definition of music is broad, encompassing almost every sound. If John Cage can play silence, then all sound is music.
Whether anyone likes a given sound is beside the point. I like birds.
My efforts in the past tended toward raucous noise, now I want to make something melodious and pleasing. My ears have become brittle with age and vibrate in unpleasant ways when stimulated by harsh noises.
Now that I'm living in Costa RicaI want to try to write more songs, or at least finish the ones I've started. I will post some of those here, plus some ringtones.
